Help us shape the new location of Lüchinger+Schmid in Oberbuchsiten. We are looking for committed employees for logistics, machine and plant operation, as well as production. What you will achieve

• You support a smooth process in logistics, production, or at our plants.
• You operate, monitor, and support machines, plants, and processes reliably and carefully.
• You contribute to ensuring that products and materials are provided, processed, and forwarded on time.
• You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• You actively participate in the establishment and further development of the new location.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Completed vocational training EFZ as a logistician, machine and plant operator, food technologist, or in a similar field.
• Professional experience: Ideally experience in the food industry or a comparable industry. For assignments in production, long-standing practical experience in a comparable environment is also welcome.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, at least level B1/B2.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented working style.
• German (B1)
