Do you love varied tasks and keep an overview even in lively moments? Do you enjoy teamwork and support with full commitment? As a central contact point in everyday office life, you bring structure, organize with ease, and support our project team.
Here is what you will do
- You are our friendly first point of contact at reception and on the phone – ensuring that mail, calls, and information reliably reach their destination
- You coordinate appointments, clarify prices, and keep everything running smoothly
- You always have office supplies, printed materials, and archives well under control
- You create lists and presentations, maintain data, and bring structure to the workday
- You communicate clearly – both in writing and verbally, with the necessary sensitivity
- You assist in planning and carrying out customer and employee events
- Specialist and project managers are relieved by your administrative support
- You coordinate tasks related to vehicle management
- You also contribute reliably and committedly to the management of our properties
- You are responsible for cash management – conscientiously and precisely
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed commercial basic education
- Confident handling of MS Office – ABACUS knowledge is a plus
- Fluent German – both written and spoken
- An independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- You are friendly, committed, team-oriented – and keep an overview even in hectic moments

GLB was founded in 1968 in Langnau as a cooperative and today has over 15,000 members. Whether energy-efficient renovation, new construction, single-family or multi-family house, commercial or industrial construction, agricultural building or rural housing – the portfolio is diverse. At six locations and with around 900 employees, we plan, build, and furnish living spaces – and have been doing so for over 50 years.
