A GERMAN TRAINER (M/F)

Within our human-sized organization, you will be at the heart of educational support, as a trainer for our clientele. By embodying our values daily, you will play a key role in knowledge transfer and learner success, while contributing to the smooth running of our company.

Workplace: 1820 Montreux Percentage: Hourly (about 8h/week)

Start date: Immediately Contract type: Permanent

OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU FOR THE FOLLOWING MISSIONS:

• Provide individualized and engaging teaching adapted to the needs of different participant profiles (schoolchildren, apprentices, high school students, adults);
• Support and motivate participants during the learning process while developing their autonomy and socialization within the group;
• Adopt a motivational pedagogy aligned with FuturPlus values.

YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS:

• ✓ Having a communicative personality and interpersonal ease;
• ✓ Having an openness to diverse cultural backgrounds;
• ✓ Sensitive to unconventional life paths.

YOU HAVE:

• A solid knowledge of the Romandy school system and the requirements in the relevant field at primary, secondary I, secondary II levels;
• A university degree or equivalent;
• Significant experience in teaching;
• Ideally an FSEA, HEP certification or an equivalent qualification;
