Trainer for Certified Specialist / Certified Specialist in Surgical Technology (or willing to pursue trainer further education)
in the inpatient operating theatre area of Zollikerberg Hospital
If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:
- As a trainer, you supervise and support our students during their practical training and promote their professional as well as personal development
- You impart practical as well as pedagogical knowledge
- You accompany our students in applying what they have learned to sustainably strengthen their competencies
- In close cooperation with the Head of Instrument Care, you actively plan and organise the further development of the students
- Independent instrument handling and assisting in all inpatient operations
- Shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Participation in on-call duties with attractive financial compensation
- Responsible performance recording and documentation
Become part of the Operations and Intensive Care Service Centre (DLZ OP/IS), which is responsible for a highly professional and efficient operating theatre operation as well as the intensive medical treatment and care of patients. More than 7,500 outpatient and inpatient operations are performed annually in the fields of visceral surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, gynaecology and urology. Over 1,800 treatment days are also provided in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit (6 beds).
