Health and Social Care Assistant EBA / Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB locations Baden and Wettingen (all in Baden from autumn 2026), we are looking for motivated care staff for our new care areas:
- Geriatrics – caring for around 27 residents with complex age-related care and support needs - 80 - 100 %
- Dementia – care according to the 3-Worlds Model by Dr Christoph Held (currently 72, in future 160 residents) – 80 - 100 %
- Younger people – caring for around 14 younger people in need of care with structured living and day programmes with a pedagogical focus - 80 - 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You create a structured, appreciative daily routine for our residents
- You carry out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies
- You perform simple nursing measures in compliance with hygiene guidelines
- You carefully maintain the care documentation within your area of competence
- You pass on important observations to the nursing staff
- You independently and reliably carry out domestic tasks
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health & Social Care Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant SRK or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in long-term care and bring in-depth knowledge in at least one of our specialist areas: Geriatrics, Dementia or Younger People & Pedagogy
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
