Your tasks
- Safe and punctual transportation of passengers
- Responsible and anticipatory operation of the modern vehicles in our fleet
- Friendly and service-oriented customer contact during the journey
- Compliance with service and quality standards
- Monitoring the route and timely response to special situations
- Adherence to timetables, traffic rules, and safety regulations
- Reporting disruptions or incidents to the control centre
- Responsibility for cleanliness and safety in the vehicles
- Contributing to a smooth operation of public transport
Your profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent qualification
- At least 21 years old
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
- Impeccable character (proof by submitting an extract from the IVZ measures register, formerly ADMAS)
- Driving licence category B (category C to D advantageous)
- Experience as a professional driver or rail vehicle driver is an advantage
- High willingness to learn and motivation to successfully complete the training
- Reliable, flexible, and resilient – even in challenging situations
- Professional and confident handling of passengers
- Good technical understanding and enjoyment of driving and handling vehicles
- Team player, responsible and attentive
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- You enjoy direct customer contact and impress with a high level of social competence
