Art Schreiner AG was founded in 2017 and is based in Büron. We realise windows, doors and kitchens, from the initial planning to the finished installation. We rely on the highest quality materials and precise, efficient execution.

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for you as an Accounting Clerk (40-60%).

Your tasks

- You are responsible for accounts payable and receivable accounting from recording to posting

- You independently and punctually create and send customer invoices

- You monitor incoming payments and post them

- You independently manage dunning and keep an eye on outstanding items

- You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

- You are the contact person for customers and suppliers regarding questions about invoices and payments

- You distribute incoming mail and organise outgoing mail

- You support the team with other administrative tasks

Your profile

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV), ideally supplemented by further training in accounting

- You work confidently with the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook

- You express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing

- You work independently, accurately and have a good flair for numbers
