Finance Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Role:
The company is a modern Swiss service provider in the field of electrical and building technology and implements versatile solutions for residential, commercial and industrial properties. The range of services extends from classic high and low voltage installations to lighting and building automation, as well as photovoltaics, e-mobility and technical services.
Employees work on varied projects and operate at interfaces between planning, technology, project management, installation, customer support and service.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, handle invoices and take care of reminders as well as initiating debt collection proceedings.
Your tasks include bank and cash accounting, credit card billing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable master data.
You prepare monthly closings, VAT returns and financial reports and ensure transparent and comprehensible bookkeeping.
As an important interface, you work with finance, payroll and other internal departments and professionally support three commercial apprentices in their training and daily work.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification forms your foundation.
You bring several years of practical experience in financial accounting and are familiar with common processes in accounting.
Numerical affinity, accuracy and reliability are among your strengths and you work with concentration and care even on recurring tasks.
As a independent, committed and team-oriented personality, you like to get involved and take responsibility; you are willing to complete the trainer qualification if required.
You communicate confidently in German and well in French and present yourself in a friendly and professional manner to internal and external contacts.
