About the job
The Willisau Retirement Centre offers a homely environment for elderly people who rely on professional support, care and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a homely atmosphere. Over 40 apartments with services, refined gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialised living arrangements, are spread across our two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten.
The Willisau Retirement Centre is expanding its services and will establish a new Spitin service from 1 September 2026. With our new outpatient service, we will in future care for and support tenants of the retirement apartments in their own homes. For the development of our new independent Spitin team, we are looking for committed and motivated employees who want to actively help shape this exciting path.

Your profile:
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH
- You enjoy working with elderly people
- You are responsible, a team player and reliable
- You are committed to actively contributing to the further development of our new Spitin service
Your tasks:
- You take on the professional leadership in the area of nursing and ensure the organisational processes
- You participate in the care and support process according to internal company guidelines
- You act and decide independently within the scope of your acquired qualifications and taking into account internal company guidelines
- You work closely in the interdisciplinary team
