Your tasks
You take on demanding construction sites and bear operational responsibility.
Managing construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles
Preparation of work schedules for smooth site operations
Coordination of personnel and machinery
Co-responsible for schedule and quality control
Documentation and reporting of construction processes
Maintaining contacts with clients, authorities and planners
Your profile
You have training as a construction foreman and experience in building construction.
You have a strong quality awareness
You work independently and can assert yourself
You are highly organised and solution-oriented
You are characterised by communication skills and resilience
You have very good spoken and written Swiss German skills
Driving licence category B
Age 25-45 years and in good physical condition
Residence in the greater Biel-Solothurn-Oensingen area
