Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and doctors. An essential position that requires rigor, organization, and a sense of service.
The reception is open:
- On weekdays: 06:00 – 20:30
- Weekends and public holidays: 08:00 – 17:00
➡ Flexibility and weekend shifts are essential.
Your tasks
- Ensure the proper organization and collaboration of receptions.
- Guarantee the accurate transmission of patient information to the relevant departments.
- Offer a personalized and warm welcome.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and administrative documents.
- Carry out the admission of patients for intervention.
- Ensure cash management (packages and extras).
- Participate in the implementation of procedures with the team.
Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel and/or hospital environment.
- Excellent command of French both spoken and written and good knowledge of English (German and/or other languages are an asset).
- Proficiency in computer tools; knowledge of the Opale software is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Swiss Social Insurance is an asset.
- Excellent presentation and sense of service.
- Sense of responsibility, organization, communication, and ability to manage stress.
- Versatility, autonomy, and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a team.
