About the job
The security service of PDAG ensures the safety of patients, staff, and visitors on the Königsfelden site. The focus of its work is in the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry, where it operates a security lodge.
To complement our existing team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Personal protection (escort of the treatment team and interventions in crisis situations)
- Property protection (ensuring safety and order in the clinic operation)
- Operation of a security lodge (access and personal controls)
- Implementation of safety regulations
- Taking on on-call duties
Profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence
- Preferably further training as a Federal Specialist in Security and Surveillance FSB or Specialist in Correctional Services with several years of experience in the security field
- Impeccable reputation (extract from the central criminal and debt enforcement register)
- Understanding and tolerance in dealing with people of different backgrounds
- De-escalation skills
- Willingness to work at night, on weekends, and public holidays
- Flexible, resilient, and responsible personality with enthusiasm for demanding work
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Proficiency in common Office applications
