To strengthen our Ticket Inspection & Security team, we are looking for a motivated and communicative person as an Employee Ticket Inspection & Security at the Aarau location starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You conduct ticket inspections on our trains and buses as part of a team
- You help our passengers find the right train/bus on the right platform with the correct ticket
- You enforce the house rules and usage regulations of public transport, check the customer and security infrastructure, and thus contribute to the safety of our passengers, employees, and infrastructure
Your profile
- Completion of training as a conductor, train attendant, train chief, or training in the security sector / (railway) police or willingness to complete such training
- Willingness to train as a public transport security officer and in public transport tariffs
- Enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (reports)
- Good health as well as good hearing and vision
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract), driving license category B (passenger car)
