About the job
As a Health Specialist EFZ, you support our clients in their daily home life, both with basic care and medical-technical tasks. You observe and recognise health changes and report these to the professional staff.
School and Type of Training
• Usually: BFGS – Vocational School for Health and Social Care, Brugg
• Inter-company courses: OdA Aargau, Brugg
Requirements
• Enjoy working with people of all ages and different cultures
• Driving licence desired (or use an e-bike for care assignments)
• Reliability and self-responsibility
• Respectful behaviour towards clients, supervisors and colleagues
• Physical and mental resilience
• German language skills (at least level B2)
• Openness to mistakes and willingness to learn
Special Features
• After passing the probation period and if the requirements are met, the FaGe EFZ catch-up training can be pursued and planned.
• Maximum 80% workload recommended
• Depending on age and prior knowledge, general education may still need to be completed
