Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Accounts receivable: Posting incoming payments, maintaining accounts receivable master data, creating and posting manual invoices, handling customer inquiries, creating dunning proposals and sending dunning letters, creating and sending accounts receivable overviews as needed
- Accounts payable: Checking and posting invoices for services on order, supporting the accounts payable team with payments
- Closing, reporting and further development: Posting and checking bank accounts, assisting with month-end closing, preparing SNB statistics, assisting with VAT reporting, participating in finance projects, contributing improvement suggestions to increase efficiency and quality in own area of responsibility
Your profile and skills
- Friendly personality with a flair for numbers, independent and precise working style, good comprehension and proactive quality awareness
- Analytical thinking and interest in process improvements
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or at least equivalent commercial/accounting training
- 2 – 4 years of professional experience in accounting
- Good German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
