Application Manager HR Time Management 100%The Office for Information Technology (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and cantonal-wide applications for the directorates, authorities, judiciary and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Information Technology accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.
Time management is much more than just coming and going. Together we ensure that processes around working hours, absences and expenses work reliably for thousands of employees. At the same time, we shape the future of HR IT in the Canton of Zurich with new technologies and systems. Your tasks:
- Operation, further development and optimisation of the cantonal time management solutions
- Analysis and implementation of professional requirements into technical solutions
- Collaboration and sub-project management in exciting projects around SAP HCM, time management and HR systems
- Advising the personnel office and other cantonal offices on technical issues
- Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external partners
- Participation in the further development of the HR system landscape within the framework of digital transformation

Your profile:
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience in application management or in supporting complex business applications
- Knowledge in the SAP HCM environment, especially time management, is an advantage
- Understanding of technical contexts, interfaces and system integration
- Experience in projects and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
