One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Your Challenge
- Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents
- Competent execution of nursing technical measures
- Active participation and implementation of the nursing process
- Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in nursing needs assessment according to RAI-NH
- Additional tasks according to individual specifications
- Planning and implementation of activities in the area of living environment and everyday design
- Assumption of daily responsibility in the residential area
Our Desired Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience
(for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK) - Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Ideally professional experience in gerontological care in Switzerland
- Great joy in dealing with experienced, demented and care-dependent residents
- Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
