Head of Accounting & Controlling 100%
In this central leadership role, you will take responsibility for Finance & Controlling and act as an important sparring partner for the management. With your instinct for numbers, contexts and people, you will make a significant contribution to the successful further development of the company.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the area of Finance & Controlling as well as leadership and further development of the 5-member team
- Strategic and operational sparring of the management in all financial and business management matters
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as ensuring high quality of financial information
- Management and further development of budget, forecast, reporting and controlling
- Responsibility for liquidity management as well as the management and further development of cash pooling
- Analysis of business development and preparation of sound decision-making bases for management
- Identification of opportunities, risks and optimisation potentials
- Further development and professionalisation of financial processes, structures and systems
- Support of digitalisation and optimisation projects in the finance area
- Collaboration with internal and external partners such as auditors, banks and other stakeholders
Your profile:
- Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or comparable
- Doer personality with several years of leadership experience in a comparable, process- and service-oriented function
- Sound knowledge in controlling, reporting and financial statement preparation, as well as accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Strong entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
- Communicative personality with high personal responsibility and a convincing manner
- Enjoyment in further developing teams and actively driving change
- Very good German and English skills
- Excellent SAP knowledge and affinity for modern finance processes
