An icon among Swiss hotels: The story of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne began in 1873 – a story that still impresses and touches today. High up on the Bürgenberg lies an oasis of relaxation and a place of first-class hospitality. Our resort is located on the Bürgenstock 500 meters above Lake Lucerne, with breathtaking views of the surrounding Central Switzerland. What to expect
- 3 years of comprehensive training in the various kitchens of the Bürgenstock Resorts including completion with the federal certificate of competence EFZ
- working with high-quality, seasonal foods from regional and international origins
- learning dishes and preparing them from A to Z and presenting them to guests
- implementation of hygiene concepts, correctly dating and storing food as well as receiving and checking fresh products
- exciting development and career opportunities during and after training
