About the job

Ideally start before 1 January 2027 the

• You take over the structured initial assessment (triage) of paediatric emergency patients, initiate priority-based measures and make well-founded clinical decisions
• You coordinate and manage the nursing process in complex and unstable patient situations, actively support emergency medical interventions and ensure evidence-based nursing quality
• You accompany and support families in acute crisis situations through clear, age- and situation-appropriate communication, promote the involvement of caregivers in care and take a central role in interprofessional collaboration as well as in the guidance of staff
• You complete the practical part of your training primarily in the paediatric emergency department of the KSGR. Additionally, you undertake a four-month internship at the Children’s Hospital Zurich

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
• Ideally, you have at least one year of professional experience in paediatrics
• You are flexible, enjoy working in a team-oriented and dynamic work environment
• You make decisions responsibly, stand by them and remain resilient even under high pressure
• You enjoy continuous learning and your professional development
