As a regionally anchored sanitary wholesaler, we specialise in bathroom fittings, household appliances, and spare parts. Together with our experienced team, we personally, competently, and straightforwardly support private customers as well as sanitary installers from Bern and the surrounding area.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual by arrangement as

Specialist Consultant Bathroom/Sanitary (m/f/d), 60 – 100 %

Your tasks

• Personal and competent advice to our customers in the showroom
• Creating and processing quotations, order confirmations, and cost summaries
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and in writing
• Communication and coordination with our suppliers
• Supporting our customers from enquiry to order completion
• Occasional support of our customers in the field service
• General administrative and organisational tasks in internal sales

Your profile

• Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ, ideally with experience in the service sector, or as a building services planner sanitary EFZ with corresponding professional experience
• Good computer skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Open, outgoing, and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and advice
• Interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with a versatile range of tasks and to continuously expand your expertise
