Your tasks:
- Deployment in nursing in two of our four residential groups
- Independent execution of holistic care & support of residents within the framework of daily life activities, such as personal hygiene or mobilization
- Performing medical-technical tasks, such as vital sign monitoring, blood sugar measurement, insulin administration, or blood sampling
- Co-responsibility in medication management
- Co-responsibility for proper nursing documentation
- Introduction to taking over daily responsibility towards the end of the training
- Working in shifts while complying with youth protection regulations (early and late shifts, split shifts, and up to two weekend shifts per month)
Your profile:
- Completed secondary school level E (level A, Ø >5.0)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Social competence and communication skills
- Respectful, empathetic attitude towards our residents
- Basic computer skills
