What you can look forward to:

• Creative preparation of meals in the à la carte restaurant taking into account the culinary wishes of our international guests and the prescribed diet and special meals
• Preparation of meals for the room service
• Independently co-organising smaller banquets and events
• Active support in apprentice training
• Co-responsibility in the ordering process and inventory management

What we are pleased about:

• Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Professional experience in upscale gastronomy and à la carte service
• Enjoyment of working in a team as well as creative preparation of various dishes
• Clean and precise working method
