- Quotation management
- Administrative project support in collaboration with site managers
- Creditor control, processing of delivery notes
- Opening of construction site cost centers
- Debtor invoicing as well as assistance with accruals
- Assistance with contract management regarding work contracts, supplements, and subcontractor contracts
- General project-specific tasks as well as correspondence handling
- Assistance with operating the telephone switchboard for the entire STUTZ group
- General tasks on site (reception, mail runs, cafeteria, meeting rooms)
- Exclusive responsibility for all administrative work at the Kreuzlingen location
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education
- The consistent application of digitized workflows corresponds to your working style
- Confident handling of MS 365, SharePoint document management, and industry software SORBA / Baubit Pro is desirable
- You have several years of professional experience, preferably in the construction industry
- You are well organized and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You are reliable, resilient, responsible, independent, and a team player
