For our headquarters in Zollikon, we are looking for a strategic thinker, entrepreneurial doer, and integrative leader as Head of HR. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire HR area and position it as a strategic business partner to the executive management. You will actively shape our HR strategy, further develop organisation and culture, and accompany us through a phase of transformation and digitalisation.
Head of HR 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your core tasks
Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR strategy with a focus on digitalisation, AI, and organisational development
Positioning HR as an active sparring partner for executive management as well as advising leaders on strategic and operational matters
Further development of the HR system landscape (especially HiBob) and building a data-driven HR management (KPIs, People Analytics)
Overall responsibility for recruiting including coordination, active participation in the process, and enabling and supporting supervisors
Further development of employer branding in close cooperation with marketing and positioning as an attractive employer in the market
Establishment of structured talent management and succession planning processes for key positions
Ensuring efficient, legally compliant HR processes and advising on labour law issues
Active operational involvement in daily HR business, especially in central HR initiatives, complex individual cases, and process development
Leadership and development of the HR team as well as fostering a performance- and service-oriented team culture
Your profile
Completed studies (university/FH) with a focus on HR, business administration, psychology, or similar
Several years of experience in a strategically oriented HR function with direct influence on company development
Extensive leadership experience, especially in change processes and organisational development
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR compliance
High affinity for digital HR solutions, HR IT systems, and data-driven management
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to position HR as an effective business partner at executive level
Trustworthy, integral, and communicatively strong personality with a high presence in the organisation
