Responsibilities

• You lead around six employees both professionally and personally
• You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• You bear budget and result responsibility according to defined annual targets
• You promote your employees appropriately to their level and ensure their professional competence as well as the development of junior staff
• You achieve the set provider and service quota targets within your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail with further education in sales and/or business administration
• You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• You possess excellent team and communication skills
• A customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong closing negotiation skills is natural for you
• You are a flexible, committed, and resilient personality with a goal-oriented and networked way of thinking
• You master the German language perfectly and communicate confidently in French and/or Italian
