Introduction

Quadrigis SA is a company established and located since July 2012 in the Y-Parc technology park in Yverdon-les-Bains. Our activities include providing administrative, financial and legal services as well as developing a web application and its user support. Our target clients are placement and service rental agencies.

We are currently looking for a motivated and meticulous Payroll and Billing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality services to our clients.

Your main tasks

• Manage a client portfolio independently;
• Process the salaries of temporary staff for our clients;
• Provide telephone support for the use of our web application;
• Carry out billing for our clients and monitor payments;
• Prepare various social insurance statements and understand their main contents;
• Perform various administrative tasks related to the role.

Your profile

• Commercial employee CFC with maturity certificate or equivalent or higher qualification (University of Applied Sciences);
• Successful professional experience in an environment related to payroll and/or accounting;
• Knowledge of temporary work is an asset;
• Good command of MS Office;
• Excellent writing skills in French and ability to communicate in German is an asset;
• With an excellent team spirit and comfortable in interpersonal relationships, you are a communicative person, personable and client-oriented;
• Your organisational skills make you rigorous, organised and deadline-oriented;
• Highly autonomous, you manage stress with ease.
