About the job

• Plan and conduct teaching in didactics, primarily in the minor "Teaching and Counselling"
• Accompany students during teaching internships and supervise student work
• Connection to the HAFL department is desirable but not a prerequisite
• Acquire and conduct research projects focusing on vocational education and training at home and abroad
• Plan and conduct further education offerings in the field of didactics in vocational education and training
• Support internal didactic further training

• Master's degree in educational sciences/didactics or a master's degree in vocational education with an additional didactic qualification
• In-depth knowledge in the field of pedagogy and didactics
• Several years of teaching experience, ideally at the vocational education level
• Research experience and success in acquiring competitive third-party funding
• Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language; English skills for international projects
