About the job
In close collaboration with sales, the workshop, and other partners (body manufacturers, painters, road traffic office, etc.), you and your team take over the coordination of all activities relevant to vehicle preparation from order to handover to the end customer. In addition to regular planning and monitoring, all changes are updated considering an optimal throughput time. To best support sales, you and your team take on administrative tasks, conduct meetings, and gather the necessary information. Deviations are systematically recorded and processed as part of continuous development. As a team leader, in addition to leading and further developing your employees, you also manage projects yourself and further develop processes in collaboration with your supervisor. Your tasks:
• Professional and personnel leadership of the assigned team (after the introductory phase)
• Ensuring smooth handling of the entire preparation process by taking over rough and detailed planning
• Daily coordination with the involved parties regarding planning
• Data maintenance of the planning system (COW AP)
• Active participation and shaping of the ongoing transformation within the department
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
Your profile:
• Experience in planning and coordinating activities or dispatching in a very dynamic environment
• Experience in decentralized leadership of small teams
• Commercial training (technical clerk, business economist, transport manager, etc.)
• Technical basic training in the commercial vehicle industry is an advantage
• Systematic and structured way of working
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
