Fidinam (Lucerne) AG in Lucerne is the branch of a globally active private fiduciary and consulting company, founded in 1960 in Ticino and currently employing 350 staff. Locally, it is a manageable, dynamic, digital fiduciary company with a comprehensive service portfolio and a focus on accounting and payroll services. As part of succession planning due to retirement and to take over an interesting, long-established client portfolio, we have been commissioned to approach you as
Mandate Manager: Fiduciary (80 – 100%)
with interesting prospects
You are ready for the next career step, want to develop professionally and take on responsibility in the fiduciary sector! You independently and proactively manage a diverse client portfolio with SMEs from various industries and legal forms, including branches of international clients. You advise and support comprehensively in the areas of financial accounting, final accounts preparation, payroll accounting and tax issues as well as digital applications, primarily Abacus. You undertake external assignments, promote team development and contribute to acquiring new clients. Furthermore, you drive the continuous technical optimisation of tools and processes in the course of digitalisation.
We are looking for an open, entrepreneurial-minded and versatile client-oriented fiduciary professional with successfully completed training and further education as a finance and accounting specialist, certified fiduciary, business economist FH/HF, or similar. You have several years of fiduciary experience and convince with your precise working style. Your trustworthy manner, groundedness, independent working and high team spirit distinguish you. Very good ERP (ideally Abacus) and English skills are required.
