To strengthen our Finance team in the Commercial Controlling area, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person* Controller Fashion (m/f/d), 100%, at the Basel Headquarters site.

Your responsibilities
- You are the Business Partner of the Fashion Unit to maximize financial performance (Category Director, Head of Product Managers, Product Managers …)
- You analyze the weekly performance of the Unit (Sales, Margin, Stocks) and participate in the development of commercial measures by quantifying the financial impacts
- You actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- You implement reporting and monitor the results of your departments' key periods (promotional periods, sales, Black Friday, Christmas…)
- You carry out ad hoc studies and analyses
- You participate in strategic projects

Your profile
- You hold a university degree with training in Finance/Controlling
- You have gained professional experience in Controlling, ideally in the Retail/Fashion sector
- You have very good knowledge of German, French, and English
- You are comfortable with MS Office (mainly Excel) and reporting tools
- You are an open, proactive personality and a source of proposals
- You have a strong analytical and synthesis capacity, translating complex data into clear recommendations for management
- You demonstrate great ease with frequent changes
