Open care ward with heart❣ Chalberweidli B - is looking for you as a HF/DNII qualified nurse as ward manager!

Due to the retirement of our long-standing ward manager, we are looking for a committed and strong nursing professional to succeed them.

From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, workload: 80 – 100 %

The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a modern nursing and care centre with around 300 beds. Across 14 wards, we support people with physical and mental impairments with individual and appreciative care.

About the Chalberweidli B ward

Open ward with 24 residents and diverse psychiatric conditions. We provide individual support in daily life. The seven-member team works independently, with trust and in close exchange with each other.

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
• Ensuring nursing quality and the nursing process
• Designing team processes and staff deployment planning (Polypoint PEP)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Activity as RAI coordinator

• Completed nursing qualification HF/DNII or equivalent
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation and RAI knowledge
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with good German skills
