Open care ward with heart❣ Chalberweidli B - is looking for you as a Nursing Specialist HF/DNII as ward manager!
Due to the retirement of our long-standing ward manager, we are looking for a committed and strong nursing specialist to succeed.
From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, workload: 80 – 100 %
The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a modern nursing and care centre with around 300 beds. On 14 wards, we accompany people with physical and mental impairments with individual and appreciative care.
About the Chalberweidli B ward
Open ward with 24 residents and diverse psychiatric conditions. We provide individual support in daily life. The seven-member team works independently, trustfully and in close exchange with each other.
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
- Ensuring nursing quality and the nursing process
- Design of team processes and personnel deployment planning (Polypoint PEP)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Activity as RAI coordinator
What you bring
- Completed nursing training HF/DNII or equivalent
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation and RAI knowledge
- Team-oriented, resilient personality with good German skills
