Job Description
- Participate in clinical assessment, monitoring the patient’s progress and adapting the care plan;
- Manage crisis situations and contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic environment;
- Participate in therapeutic and medical measures, ensuring delegated care and treatment follow-up;
- Work interdisciplinarily within an individualised care approach;
- Conduct individual interviews as well as medical-nursing interviews.
- Develop quality collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, internal partners and regional care networks;
- Contribute to supporting patients with a focus on stabilisation, risk reduction, resource mobilisation and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- You hold a HES or ES nursing diploma, or an equivalent recognised qualification;
- Professional experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry is desirable;
- You are comfortable using computer tools;
- You appreciate interdisciplinary work and collaboration with the network;
- You demonstrate flexibility, motivation and a good team spirit;
- You have good integration, adaptation and communication skills;
- You are dynamic, committed and able to take a step back in complex situations;
- You hold a driving licence.
