Our Services

To ensure an efficient and economical construction process, we develop the foundations for planning and the building application for you and also accompany you during construction execution. We specialise in carrying out evidence preservation measures such as crack protocols, monitoring, and vibration measurements. But also the precise staking out of 3D points, axes, and height marks, e.g. for the exact installation of prefabricated parts such as curtain walls, steel elements, stairs, are among our core competencies.

After completion, we document your building for official surveying, for your facility management, and the individual trades and conclude the evidence preservation measures.

We have experience with large projects such as the Gotthard Base Tunnel of the railway or the second Gotthard motorway tunnel. We also support you with the excavation of a cavern, a borehole for a sewer or pressure water pipe. A matter close to our hearts is supporting clubs, for example at national and international athletics events.

Geotechnics deals with the technical properties of the ground when building in soil or rock. With our geotechnical sensors, changes can be detected quickly and precisely, whether on the surface or underground.

The investigations create clear conditions for planning (evaluation and visualisation of structural and ground influences), protect the client from unjustified claims, and on the other hand, any damage caused by construction activities can be clearly documented.
