Your Tasks

• Consultation and needs-based sale of our basic banking services and pension plans
• Ensuring high service quality through holistic customer care
• First point of contact for customers in the meeting zone
• Co-responsible for the advice and development of our team-supported customers
• Close collaboration with our specialists from credit and investment consulting and internal departments
• Assignments at the cash desk during the absence of the head cashier

Your Profile

• Completed, preferably commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German, ideally native language
• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, payments, and pensions
• Experience in advising private customers in the banking sector
• High customer orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills as well as an independent working style
