What you can achieve
- EFAS Project Management: You lead the cantonal implementation of the uniform financing of outpatient and inpatient services (EFAS).
- Legal Foundations: You develop the cantonal introductory legislation in close cooperation with the legal department and organise the consultation procedure from implementation to evaluation of the feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: You involve the municipalities of Schwyz in the process and maintain exchange with service providers, insurers, associations and other actors.
- Intercantonal Cooperation: You represent the canton of Schwyz in relevant expert groups of the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Health Directors (GDK).
- Tariff System: In addition to your role as project manager, you participate in the review, approval and setting of tariffs according to KVG.
What distinguishes you
- Education: University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in a field relevant to the task area (e.g. law, economics, administration, health or social sciences) or an equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in Healthcare: Profound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and the KVG, ideally with in-depth understanding of nursing financing and the cantonal tariff system.
- Project and Administrative Experience: Several years of experience in managing complex projects; familiar with public administration processes and cantonal legislative procedures.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong dialogue and negotiation competence in dealing with diverse stakeholders (municipalities, associations, service providers, politics).
- Working Style and Expression: Analytical, conceptual thinking ability, high independence as well as precise and confident expression in German. French is an advantage.
