About the role and responsibilities
In this role, as part of a team, you support the implementation of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit. This includes quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. At the same time, you help ensure sustainable operations. Every day, you support the company in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable problem solving. You will demonstrate your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact quality outcomes to achieve the goals for the organizational unit and strive for top performance. Furthermore, you will conduct audits at selected suppliers. Among other responsibilities, you are responsible for: - Planning and conducting supplier audits. - Supporting the continuous identification and management of risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization. - Using high-quality data analysis from the company to identify risks, errors, and nonconformities and then sustainably improve the solution through robust root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions. - Collaborating with relevant departments to achieve quality objectives. Qualifications for the role
- Degree from a technical college or university (university or university of applied sciences) in plastics or process optimization
- You enjoy working with proven quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa
- You have >2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have advanced knowledge in ISO 9001, complaint handling, and auditing of processes and suppliers.
- German business fluent / English very good
