To strengthen our team in the Non-Food Decoration sector, we are immediately looking for a motivated and committed person for a permanent position at the La Chaux-de-Fonds site as a Visual Merchandising Associate, 60%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible, together with your team, for setting up promotions and versatile zones.
- You ensure that merchandise is attractively presented according to customer expectations.
- You consistently implement the given Visual Briefings.
- You ensure the control and maintenance of price displays and lighting spots.
- You effectively apply the guidelines regarding window display arrangements.
- You work closely with sales staff and Visual team members.
Your profile
- You have preferably completed basic training as a 3D polydesigner or a certified decorator.
- You have extensive professional experience as a 3D polydesigner, ideally in retail.
- You stand out for your ability to present products creatively and elegantly.
- You are passionate about lifestyle and care greatly about making the sales area attractive.
- You are very familiar with common Office applications and comfortable with digital tools.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
