Your tasks

You create individual and collective invoices for our end customers
You check and post our supplier invoices
You maintain and update customer data in the ERP system
You support the control and management of our evaluations
You handle complaints and credit notes
You enter job advertisements on individual job platforms for our customers

Your profile

You have at least a completed commercial diploma
You have several years of professional experience in billing, accounting, and administration
You have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
You are precise, reliable, and have a structured way of working
Your affinity for numbers is high and you enjoy analytical thinking
