Your tasks

• Preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance work
• Carrying out work in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electrics, electronics, and data transmission (bus system)
• Analysis of fault reports, independent localisation and rectification of faults
• Planning and documentation of conversion work
• Conducting test drives and participating in further training for deployment as a train driver in scheduled services
• Provision of vehicles and responsibility for the dispatching of rolling stock in and out

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (e.g. automation technician, electrician)
• or equivalent education
• Computer affinity
• Driving licence category B
• Fulfilment of legal requirements as a tram driver
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and punctuality
• Composure and tolerance
• Good concentration and reaction skills
• Mastery of the German language and confident understanding of Swiss dialects
• Willingness to work on-call, shifts, weekends and public holidays
