You drive

• You contribute your expertise in finance and accounting where it really makes a difference – with exciting Swiss SMEs from various industries
• You support companies in modernising, digitalising, and preparing their financial processes for the future
• You are a sparring partner on equal footing for CFOs, heads of finance, and management teams, accompanying them in important decisions
• You analyse processes, question existing working methods, and develop innovative and practical solutions together with your customers
• You moderate workshops, lead discussions, and bring people together to turn requirements into concrete solutions
• You actively shape ERP solutions and can directly contribute your ideas, experience, and best practices to customer projects
• You work independently, take responsibility for your topics, and have plenty of freedom in shaping your projects
• You are part of a strong team that shares knowledge, supports each other, and celebrates successes together

Your skills

• You primarily support companies in modernising and digitalising their financial processes. Depending on your interests and strengths, you also advise on adjacent business processes and gradually develop into a holistic ERP consultant
• You know the challenges of modern finance departments firsthand and want to use your knowledge profitably at various companies in the future
• You enjoy advising people, passing on knowledge, and developing sustainable solutions together
• You do not see digitalisation as a buzzword but as an opportunity to make processes simpler, more transparent, and more efficient
• You understand the connections between financial accounting, controlling, operational processes, and ERP systems
• You enjoy working with different people, convince with your open manner, and move confidently in the customer environment
• You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and feel comfortable in a dynamic project environment
• You are not just looking for the next job but a role with scope for design, responsibility, and direct influence on the success of our customers
• Ideally, you have further training in finance and accounting or controlling and want to continuously develop professionally and personally
• You communicate confidently and persuasively in German
