We are looking for a pizzaiolo who understands their craft, enjoys getting stuck in, and takes pleasure in making truly great pizza every day. If you love quality, keep an overview even when things are busy, and prefer doing to talking, you’re in the right place with us.

Your main tasks:

• You prepare our pizza dough according to recipe and quality specifications and prepare it properly for processing.
• You take care of the mise en place and prepare all ingredients for daily operations.
• You top and bake our pizzas, ensuring each pizza meets our quality standards.
• You adhere to our specified recipes and portion sizes, ensuring consistently high product quality.
• You maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace – even during peak times.
• You consistently observe hygiene, food safety, and the correct storage of our products.
• You support your team wherever help is needed and work closely with the serving, cash, and kebab areas.

Your profile:

• Experience as a pizzaiolo or cook is an advantage.
• You have experience in gastronomy and enjoy preparing high-quality products.
• You work independently, cleanly, reliably, and in a structured manner.
• You are quick and resilient and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• Quality and hygiene are a matter of course for you.
• You are a team player, flexible, and willing to help across different areas.
• Basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
