Head of Bodywork (m/f/d) 100 %

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the automotive industry, we are seeking a committed, strong leadership personality as Head of Bodywork (100 %).

Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the bodywork team
• Organisation, planning and coordination of all bodywork tasks
• Ensuring high work quality and timely order processing
• Monitoring and optimisation of workflows and processes
• Consulting and support of customers as well as collaboration with insurance companies and internal departments
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and manufacturer specifications
• Supporting the team with demanding technical issues

Profile

• Completed training as a bodywork mechanic EFZ or bodywork painter EFZ
• Further training in the bodywork sector or leadership experience is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the bodywork industry
• Organisational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative personality with enthusiasm for team leadership
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of common IT applications
