Renault Retail Group (RRG) distributes the brands Renault, Dacia and Nissan as well as our premium brand Alpine in Zurich. The RRG team consists of around 110 employees and is responsible for approximately 3000 sales annually.

For our bodyshop at the branch in Glattpark, we are looking for a motivated

Bodyshop Manager

As an experienced leader, you will be responsible daily for the following tasks:

• Technical and personnel management of the entire bodyshop area
• Responsibility for the profitability and quality of the bodyshop
• Leading and individually promoting 10 employees
• Creating the work schedule for the employees
• Calculation, cost estimation and quality control of repair work
• Handling warranty claims for the bodyshop area
• Tariff negotiations with insurance companies
• Ensuring interfaces between the various departments
• Technical support for our dealersAppointment scheduling and adherence with customer order initiation and invoicing

Your profile

• Completed bodyshop training as well as very good industry knowledge
• Several years of experience in workshop or service environment with proven leadership responsibility
• Strongly developed quality awareness and experience in performance management
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and professionalism
• Ability to lead your team to top performance and measurably improve processes
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form / English skills are an advantage
• High social competence, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
