Tasks:

In your role, you bring joy and enthusiasm in dealing with our clients, which is of great importance to us. Your commitment and authentic appearance contribute decisively to a positive customer experience. You deal with the following focal points mainly in German:

• You feel at home in labour law. But you are also familiar with insolvency law.

• You draft and review contracts in various legal fields, especially in labour law and restructuring law.

• You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations.

• You make legal clarifications and work on expert opinions.

• You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• You hold a Swiss or a foreign lawyer’s licence recognised in Switzerland.

• You have already gained experience in the mentioned legal fields.

• You have obtained a Master’s degree in law with a good grade.

• You have a flair for entrepreneurship and an interest in economic and especially labour law issues.

• You bring a lot of independence, initiative and team spirit.

• You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a commercial law firm.
