About the job
Tasks:
In your role, you bring joy and enthusiasm in dealing with our clients, which is of great importance to us. Your commitment and authentic appearance contribute decisively to a positive customer experience. You deal with the following focal points mainly in German:
You feel at home in labour law. But you are also familiar with insolvency law.
You draft and review contracts in various legal fields, especially in labour law and restructuring law.
You represent our clients before authorities and in out-of-court negotiations.
You make legal clarifications and work on expert opinions.
You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for court and negotiations.
Qualifications:
You hold a Swiss or a foreign lawyer’s licence recognised in Switzerland.
You have already gained experience in the mentioned legal fields.
You have obtained a Master’s degree in law with a good grade.
You have a flair for entrepreneurship and an interest in economic and especially labour law issues.
You bring a lot of independence, initiative and team spirit.
You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a commercial law firm.
Benefits:
Young, well-coordinated team with flat hierarchies and appreciative working atmosphere.
Leisure: Enjoy fixed squash and paddle courts. Need to clear your head briefly in the morning or at lunchtime? No problem!
Work at modern workplaces directly at Bern station (it doesn’t get more direct than this!) and enjoy the best barista coffee in our own bar.
With us, you have six weeks’ holiday and the option to buy additional days off – because relaxation is important.
Experience regular team events, a ski weekend and a two-day company outing. Flexibility is paramount – home office, working on the go and part-time models tailored to your needs.
Development opportunities: With us, you can find and expand your personal career path. We support you in your further training and show you perspectives.
Learning from each other: We support each other in bringing out the best in ourselves – with us you become an expert, whether as a lawyer or as a barista.
Social benefits: Benefit from our above-mandatory BVG insurance, where we cover more than half of the contributions, and accident insurance with private coverage.
We look forward to your application (including a motivation letter in the "Du" form, CV, diplomas and references)
