You don’t just want to help shape things, but really make a difference? In this role, you take on central responsibility in the further expansion of our Digital Infrastructure & Workplace division. Together with the leadership team, you develop our portfolio further, manage demanding mandates and lead a growing team of consultants with professional excellence and entrepreneurial flair.
You bring fresh impulses, ensure strong customer experiences – and drive digital transformation forward sustainably with us.
You identify potentials, win new projects with a focus on private sector clients – and position yourself as a trusted partner for the further development of the digital backbone and in the workplace area. In doing so, you build strategic, long-term, partnership-based customer relationships.
You ensure the successful progress of your mandates – on time, within budget and with clear added value for the client.
You further develop our service portfolio in IT advisory and bring new impulses into our community.
You lead, support and coach consultants on their individual career paths and take responsibility for their development.
You attract new talents for your team, accompany onboarding and ensure sustainable integration into our culture.
This job is for you if
You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
You are familiar with Microsoft 365 services (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Endpoint Manager, Windows) and know their potentials for modern workplaces.
You enjoy actively maintaining existing relationships as well as building new customers and strategic partnerships.
You have experience in the design, setup and operation of hybrid cloud environments.
You recognise risks of new technologies – especially regarding information security and data protection – and know how to address them with technical, organisational and contractual measures.
You have leadership experience in project management or already in line management of employees.
You think entrepreneurially, enjoy working in a team and implement projects with a strong results orientation.
You can express yourself confidently in writing and speaking in both German and English.
As the icing on the cake, you bring
Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure or comparable technologies.
Experience as a project manager in the cloud or digital workplace environment – ideally with direct customer contact and leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
Experience in consulting roles in the area of conceptual technology consulting.
