Nursing Assistant
You are the right person if...
- You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or equivalent
- CRS recognition is obtained or in progress for foreign diplomas
- Experience with people suffering from dementia is a real asset
- You demonstrate listening skills, patience and empathy
- You enjoy teamwork and human contact
- Support beneficiaries with daily living activities
- Adapt your approach to the needs and pace of each person
- Participate in maintaining a reassuring and safe environment
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the well-being and quality of life of residents
