We are currently seeking a full-time employee for the coordination, planning, and execution of our webinars and online formats in Switzerland.

Project Manager Webinars and Online Events (m/f/d)

100% / in Baar / partial home office possible

Your areas of responsibility:

• Organisation of webinars and online events: independent organisational preparation, coordination/execution, and follow-up
• Support and coordination of digital projects and events
• Documentation, follow-up, and evaluation
• Administrative processing and maintenance of webinars and digital events
• Participant, speaker, and pharmaceutical management
• Support of sponsors and speakers in our online formats and video productions as well as assistance to our technical team in the studio
• Moderation of online formats

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in project/event management (preferably webinars)
• Confident and competent manner in dealing with industry partners, participants, and speakers
• Independent and structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in German and English, French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of digital media
