We are currently seeking a full-time employee for the coordination, planning, and execution of our webinars and online formats in Switzerland.
Project Manager Webinars and Online Events (m/f/d)
100% / in Baar / partial home office possible
Your areas of responsibility:
- Organisation of webinars and online events: independent organisational preparation, coordination/execution, and follow-up
- Support and coordination of digital projects and events
- Documentation, follow-up, and evaluation
- Administrative processing and maintenance of webinars and digital events
- Participant, speaker, and pharmaceutical management
- Support of sponsors and speakers in our online formats and video productions as well as assistance to our technical team in the studio
- Moderation of online formats
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in project/event management (preferably webinars)
- Confident and competent manner in dealing with industry partners, participants, and speakers
- Independent and structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in German and English, French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of digital media
