Workload: Co-Management Inventory Specialist Pharmacy EFZ 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Advising customers in the OTC and prescription area
• Conducting various health checks, blood analyses or vaccinations
• Organisation and monitoring of the entire goods flow
• Orders as well as control and optimisation of order proposals
• Goods receipt, returns and processing of backlogs
• Monitoring of stock levels and expiry dates
• Assistance with inventories and stock checks
• Handling supply bottlenecks and searching for suitable alternatives
• Collaboration with wholesalers and suppliers
• Compliance with the internal rules and processes of the pharmacy
• Guidance and support of employees in the area of inventory management
• Close cooperation and mutual representation within the co-management and the management

Your profile:

• Completed training as a pharmacy specialist EFZ
• In-depth knowledge regarding inventory management, purchasing, understanding of key figures, etc.
• Several years of professional experience in a pharmacy
• Sense of responsibility and process reliability
• Good IT skills PPX, Rowa
• Knowledge of services such as blood analyses, various health checks
