Quality Control Manager (M/F)

Within this role, attached to the International Customer Service Division (SCI), you plan, organise, and lead the aesthetic and functional control activities of watches and components.

Within the SCI Quality Control workshop, you are responsible for ensuring the conformity of watches and components, in compliance with Patek Philippe criteria.

• Unite, supervise and develop a team of quality controllers.
• Ensure production meets the expected functional and aesthetic quality level within the given deadlines.
• Drive the optimisation of watch and component control processes in close collaboration with other Division departments.
• Define and implement relevant monitoring plans.
• Define and keep up to date the relevant indicators within your scope.
• Participate in improvement projects within the Division.

• Technician diploma ES, microtechnology engineer or equivalent training.
• Previous experience in watchmaking quality.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (FMEA, 8D).
• Knowledge of an ERP (ideally SAP) and office tools (MS Office).
• Fluency in English.
• Good listening skills, excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy.
• Rigor, precision, analytical and synthetic mind, proactive attitude.
